Canada Super 60 has finished building its Season 2 rosters. The T10 league confirmed in a press release that its six franchises completed the player draft, locking in squads loaded with international names ahead of the tournament’s return to BC Place in Vancouver from September 29 to October 4, 2026.

The draft itself took place on Tuesday, July 21, and rosters have been public for about a week, according to Cricket Times, which published full team lists the day after selections wrapped. The six city-based sides — Vancouver Anchors, White Rock Warriors, Brampton Blitz, Toronto Sixers, Mississauga Masters and Montreal Royal Tigers — will each play a mix of proven T20 stars, rising Canadian talent and Associate-nation players over six days at the Vancouver stadium.

Each franchise built its squad around one marquee player and two wildcard picks, then filled out the roster with four international players, five Canadian players and three players from Associate cricket nations, per Cricket Times‘ breakdown of the process.

Who’s Playing Where

Nicholas Pooran headlines Toronto as its marquee signing, with Kieron Pollard joining him as a wildcard pick. Andre Russell leads Montreal, Jonny Bairstow anchors Brampton, Sikandar Raza tops Mississauga’s group, Mustafizur Rahman fronts Vancouver, and Sam Billings is the marquee name in White Rock. Moeen Ali, Chris Jordan, Colin Munro, David Willey, Tom Curran and Chris Lynn were all added across the six rosters as the draft filled out.

Canadian players got real runway in this draft, not just token spots. Aryan Sidhu, Gurnek Johal, Yuvraj Samra and Ajayveer Hundal all landed roster spots that put them on the same field as the international names, and Toronto’s group even brought in Ali Khan and Dilraj Deol to round out its domestic core.

Yuvraj Singh, who serves as a league partner for Canada Super 60, said the draft results reflect the tournament’s rising profile. He said the mix of established international players and Canadian talent gives the sport room to grow while still delivering for fans.

Kyle Coetzer, the league’s assistant tournament director, framed the completed draft as a checkpoint rather than a finish line. “The successful completion of the Season 2 Men’s Player Draft marks another important milestone for Canada Super 60,” Coetzer said, adding that the roster quality shows growing confidence from players in what the league is building.

That’s a fair read of the situation. A league in just its second year pulling commitments from Pollard, Russell, Bairstow and Pooran in the same window says something about how franchises are pricing the opportunity — not just the appearance fee, but the exposure that comes with playing an indoor stadium show built for a North American cricket audience still forming its habits.

The league has not yet released women’s team rosters. Coetzer’s statement noted that further details on the women’s competition are still to come, and no match schedule or full entertainment lineup has been published. Those pieces are expected in the weeks leading into the September 29 start.

BC Place itself is part of the pitch. The venue, built as an indoor multi-purpose stadium, gave the inaugural Canada Super 60 season a controlled environment that doesn’t exist at most cricket venues in North America — no rain delays, no wind factor, and a fan experience closer to an arena show than a traditional cricket ground. That set the tone for Season 1, and organizers are leaning on the same setup for the sequel.
